J. Wallace Walker, O.D.

Dr. J. Wallace "Wally" Walker graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. He completed training at American Lakes, V.A. Hospital in Tacoma, Washington and New York Lighthouse School for the Blind in New York City.

Dr. Walker practices family eye care with special skills in contact lens fitting and management of eye diseases.

Dr. Walker is fluent in Spanish and is a veteran of numerous eye care missions to Central and South America.

When he is not at work, he is either at home with his family or participating in a community  or church project.

Catherine Saul, O.D.

 Dr. Katie Saul graduated, received a bachelors degree from Oregon State University, and then attended Pacific University College of Optometry.  Upon graduation she received the “Outstanding Clinician” award.  She graduated in 1992 and was a classmate of Dr. Walkers.  Her favorite aspect of optometry is the fitting of specialty contact lenses.

Since graduation Dr. Saul has worked in several different office settings, including owning her own private practice.  She has also been involved in organized optometry and is a Past President of Portland Metro Optometric society.  Some of the duties involved were to organize educational meetings to further the education of local optometrists.

In her free time she enjoys everything outdoors.  Gardening and camping keep her busy in summertime.  Several camping trips each summer keep Dr. Saul, along with her husband and two children, going strong all summer.  She also enjoys teaching Sunday School to two and three year olds.
